Allison James

Allison James SHRM-CP is currently the Field Training Manager for Compass One Healthcare since September 2022. Prior to this role, Allison was a Training Manager at Loews Hotels & Co from November 2016 to March 2020. Allison also held positions as Housekeeping Manager at Hilton from November 2014 to November 2016, Housekeeping Supervisor at Loews Hotels from July 2011 to July 2013, Adjunct Faculty at Johnson & Wales University in March 2013, and Housekeeping Manager at Sunburst Hospitality from June 2006 to June 2011. Allison also worked as an Operations Manager at Marriott International from January 2004 to April 2006.
