Jennifer Klach

Jennifer Klach has over 20 years of work experience in the field of learning and development. Currently, they are the Director of Learning and Development at Compass One Healthcare, where they lead key development initiatives to improve individual and team performance. Jennifer also evaluates trainer performance and training programs to provide recommendations for improvement. Before that, they worked as a Senior Talent & Development Consultant at Compass One Healthcare, where they analyzed training methodologies and transitioned training materials to eLearning platforms. Prior to that, Jennifer was a Manager of Training Delivery at Optum/UnitedHealth Group, where they oversaw a team of training professionals and developed learning solutions. Jennifer also has experience as a Family Therapist at Northwestern Human Services and as a Human Resources Assistant at Merrill Lynch. Throughout their career, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering high-impact learning programs.

Jennifer Klach holds a Certificate of Instructional Technology Management from La Salle University. Jennifer obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. For their Bachelor of Arts degree, they studied Anthropology at Syracuse University.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer Klach has acquired several certifications. Jennifer is a TEIQue Accredited Practitioner, having completed the program offered by Thomas International in March 2022. Jennifer also holds a license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists & Professional Counselors since September 2003. Jennifer is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) through the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), which they obtained in July 2002. Jennifer Klach also held the retired status of a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) from the National Board of Certified Counselors until June 2019.
