Anne Fuhrmann

Anne Fuhrmann has a diverse work experience in various companies. Anne currently works at COMPASS Pathways as the Director of People Operations since 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Smiths Group plc from 2015 to 2022, including Director of North America HR Operations and HR Service Delivery Lead, Americas. Anne also worked at Smths Group, PLC as the HR Director of Global Service Improvement from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they were the Manager of HR Applications and Service Delivery at Crum & Forster Enterprise from 2008 to 2014. Anne has also worked at Ikaria as the Manager of Benefits & Payroll from 2007 to 2008 and at The Linde Group as the Manager of Employee Services from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they held the role of Manager of Employee Services & HR Applications at Atlantic Mutual Companies from 1998 to 2005. Anne started their career as a Client Services Manager at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants from 1995 to 1998.

Anne Fuhrmann has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from Montclair State University. Anne also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education. In addition, they have obtained certifications in DDI Facilitation and Human Resources Professional Development.
