Hallie Smith

Hallie Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Innovation and Executive Director at Compass Pro Bono since August 2016, Hallie has a strong background in management, previously holding the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte from June 1997 to May 2003. Hallie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (1995-1998) and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and International Studies from Colby College (1989-1993). Educational foundation includes attendance at Punahou School from 1976 to 1989.
