Sarah Saxon, also known as FCIPD, is the Director of Human Capital at Compass Project Consulting. Prior to this role, Sarah founded and serves as the Director of the Mind Over, a company that supports individuals and emerging leaders in their career advancement. Sarah previously held positions at PwC Middle East, SAROOJ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LLC, Ferrovial, and Amey, where Sarah gained extensive experience in Change Management, Organisation Development, and HR Operations. With a background in Human Resource Management and Business Studies, Sarah has a strong foundation for leading and implementing strategic HR initiatives across various industries.
