Alicia Malley

Alicia Malley is a dedicated Children's Mental Health Practitioner at Compass, a position held since January 2023, following prior experience as a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner at Action for Children from January 2021 to February 2023. Alicia's career began as a Nursery Teaching Assistant with Derby City Council from October 2018 to July 2019, where support was provided for children’s learning in an inclusive environment, particularly for those with additional needs. Alicia's career also includes experience as a Sales Assistant at Selfridges from October 2016 to September 2018. In terms of education, Alicia obtained a Graduate Certificate in Psychological Wellbeing Practice from the University of Northampton in 2021, and a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham between 2019 and 2020, complemented by an undergraduate degree from Birmingham City University (2015-2018).
