Ben Simmons

Ben Simmons has a diversified work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at Epic. Ben then joined Nordic Global in 2018 as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 2020. In 2021, they interned as an OLE Intern at Optum. From 2022 to 2023, Ben worked as a Senior Consultant at BDC Advisors, where they gained experience in Epic implementations, data analysis, and strategic design. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategy at Compass Surgical Partners since September 2023.

Ben Simmons attended Washington and Lee University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Ben then went on to study at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2020 to 2022, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing, Healthcare, and Data & Analytics.
