Errik Anderson has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, they co-founded Adimab, LLC, where they served as Chief Operating Officer and VP Operations. In 2010, they co-founded Arsanis, where they served as a Co-Founder and former Board Member. In 2012, they co-founded Avitide, Inc., where they served as Co-Founder and former Board Member. In 2013, they founded Ulysses Diversified Holdings, where they served as Founder and Managing Partner. Errik also co-founded Compass Therapeutics LLC in 2013, where they served as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder. Additionally, they co-founded Alector in 2013. In 2018, they co-founded New England Free Jacks, where they served as Co-Founder and Owner. Errik also became a Board Member of WelbeHealth in 2018. In 2020, they became President of New Frontier Biologics. Errik has also been the CEO, Chairman, and Founder of Alloy Therapeutics, Inc. since 2017.
Errik Anderson received their MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2007. Errik also attended the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth from 2003-2007, where they completed an M.S. in Biomolecular Engineering. Prior to that, they received their A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College in 2000.
