Melanie Roland

Melanie Roland has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Melanie is currently the Co-owner and Founder of Compass Tours, a travel company specializing in excursions. Prior to this, they worked as an Excursion Specialist at ShoreTrips from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they served as an IT Recruiter at New Resources Consulting from 2015 to 2017. Melanie also held the position of Staff Manager at ShoreTrips from 2003 to 2015. Melanie has experience as an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2001 to 2003, and as a Resort Account Representative at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE) from 1999 to 2000.

Melanie Roland holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology with a Human Service emphasis from St. Norbert College.
