General Manager For Restaurant Associates At Museum Of Science

Brad Cornwall is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Since October 2015, Brad has served as General Manager for Restaurant Associates at the Museum of Science, following a role as Director of Dining Services for Restaurant Associates at Brown Brothers Harriman. Prior to this, Brad held the position of Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at Black Rock Country Club from January 2003 to October 2015. Earlier career experience includes serving as Executive Chef at The Inn at Longwood Medical and various chef roles at the Boston Harbor Hotel and The Colonnade Hotel. Brad holds an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 1990 and 1992.
