Heather Halsey

Heather Halsey is an accomplished project and program manager with extensive experience in driving customer engagement and enhancing employee experiences across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Compass Group USA since August 2022, Heather oversees strategic projects for the Capitol One account. Prior to this role, Heather was a Sr. Program Manager at Robinhood, where responsibilities included managing programs for the Engineering organization. During a tenure at Oracle from May 2017 to December 2021, Heather led high-visibility projects and managed multiple program managers to support key HR initiatives. Heather also held significant roles at Compass Group North America, Meeting Professionals International, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and DoubleTree by Hilton, showcasing a strong background in customer advocacy, event management, and sales. Heather holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Washington State University.
