Minit Gupta

Prior to this role, Minit served as CFO of Compass Community Living, overseeing significant revenue and successfully navigating the pandemic while fostering collaboration between finance and sales teams. Minit's previous experience includes a role as SVP of Corporate Development at Unidine and an Executive Director position at Morgan Stanley, where expertise in investment banking facilitated significant M&A transactions and corporate finance solutions. Early career experience includes consulting at Deloitte, focusing on technology integration for major clients. Minit holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Healthcare from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
