Mitch Pope

Mitch Pope has extensive experience in the operations and proposal development sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations for Healthcare and Special Projects at Compass Group USA since September 2008, where progressive roles include Director of Operations and Creative Director. Prior to this, Mitch worked in real estate as a Realtor/Broker with Keller Williams Realty and RE/MAX Executive Realty, guiding clients through property transactions. Additional experience includes managing pharmaceutical packaging projects at Cadmus Communication, coordinating production at Meridian Marketing and Media, overseeing high-quality prepress operations at Imperial Printing Products, and supporting page production and workflow at Banta Digital Group. Mitch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Media with a focus on Print Production and a Minor in Management from Appalachian State University.
