Vincent Carcuffe

Vincent Carcuffe has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Assistant Controller for Dining Finance Operations at Compass Group CCL Hospitality Group/Unidine since February 2017. In this role, Vincent enhances financial control across five food service operations, managing over $15 million in annual operations and improving financial processes. Prior to this, Vincent was the General Manager of Operations at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex in Southwest Florida, overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring high levels of customer service and food safety. Vincent's career began at Miller's Ale House Restaurants, where responsibilities included managing restaurant operations and contributing to the opening team. Vincent holds a degree in Hospitality, Business, and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
