Khalil Travis

Khalil Travis is a Behavior Support Clinician at Compass Behavioral Group since January 2024 and has experience in managing facility operations as the Facility Manager at VCU Recwell, beginning in February 2022. Responsibilities include supervising students, program management, and ensuring a safe environment for patrons. Previously, Khalil served as a Facility Operations Attendant at VCU Recwell, earning the designation of Facility Operations Attendant of the Year for 2022-2023. Additionally, Khalil worked with VCU Health in Enhanced Care Management from May to December 2023, facilitating patient screenings. Khalil also has coaching experience as the Head Soccer Coach for a U8 coed team in 2020, instilling fundamental soccer skills in young players. Khalil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Health Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, where a minor in Psychology was also pursued, alongside an Associate of Arts from Patrick & Henry Community College.
