Elizabeth Arreglado

Elizabeth (Ninez) Arreglado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards at Compass since January 2021, Elizabeth has previously held significant roles, including Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Amazon Web Services from January 2016 to January 2021, and SVP, Global Head of Compensation, HRIS & Talent Management at NYSE Euronext from December 2008 to January 2016. Earlier in her career, Elizabeth spent over a decade at Lehman Brothers in various positions related to executive compensation, culminating in the role of SVP, Director of Global HR Communications. Elizabeth began her professional journey at The Conference Board in research roles after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from Assumption University.
