Neda Navab

Neda Navab is the current President of the U.S. Region at Compass. Prior to this, they were with Sidewalk Labs as the Urban Systems head from October 2017 to October 2018. From November 2014 to October 2017, Neda was the Head of Experience and Innovation at Enjoy Technology, Inc. Neda also worked as the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Box from July 2013 to November 2014.

Neda started their career as a Fellow at TechnoServe where they designed and launched a business accelerator for 200 high potential Rwandan entrepreneurs from August 2010 to January 2011. Thereafter, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and worked there till July 2011.

Neda Navab has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Columbia College, Columbia University.
