Manoj Agarwal is the Co-Founder, Product & Marketing at Compass AI. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing & Product Manager at Manipal Global Education Services where they were responsible for developing affiliate sourcing and funding of students through NGOs, MF, SHGs and Government. Manoj also worked as a Software Engineer at Yahoo and Quark Media House, Mohali.

Manoj Agarwal has a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Manoj also went to BRCM Public School.
