Tom Beck

Tom Beck has a wealth of experience in human resources, with roles such as Chief People & Culture Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Director of International HR at Compassion International. Prior to this, Tom was a Partner at Vantage Alliance and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Utility Trailer Interstate. Tom also served as Senior Vice President at Boston Market. Tom obtained their MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 1986.
