Ashby Spruiell

Ashby Spruiell currently serves as the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Compassion International since October 2021, after a lengthy career at Accenture from April 1998 to December 2021. At Accenture, Ashby held various roles including Senior Manager - HR Business Partner Lead for South Interactive, Senior Manager - Southwest Talent Strategy Lead, and Manager of North America Talent Strategy. Responsibilities included overseeing performance management, recruiting, talent strategy development, employee engagement programs, and inclusion analysis, among others. Ashby's professional journey began as an Analyst and progressed to Consultant and Manager within Accenture's consulting practice. Ashby earned a B.S. in Economics & Business from Auburn University between January 1995 and March 1998.
