Henry Orozco

Henry Orozco serves as the Regional Director at Compassion International since January 2019 and holds the title of Konversed at Own Your Passion since July 2018, where a branded communications app is created to enhance organizational communication. As the Founder of Content + Purpose, Inc., established in 2013, and Director of Strategy at AHW GLOBAL, LLC since April 2018, Orozco has demonstrated leadership in strategic initiatives. Formerly, Orozco was the Managing Director at RAMP Capital Partners LLC from March 2010 to November 2021, providing advisory services and executing business strategies. Orozco also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cross International, Inc. and Cross Catholic Outreach Inc. from September 2015 to April 2018, and Director of Finance at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale from January 2012 to September 2015. Additionally, Orozco worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2010, advising on corporate deals, and served as CFO of ETEK International Corporation from January 2000 to July 2006. Henry Orozco earned a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, having also attended California State University, Los Angeles.
