Jeff Marsh

Jeff Marsh is Compassus’ Senior Vice President of Growth. He leads the company’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives through product innovation, development, and marketing & communications.

Marsh joined Compassus in 2017 as VP of Strategic Partnerships and quickly created a partnership strategy to identify, form and operate both regional and national partnerships aimed at helping Compassus achieve its mission of furthering transformative health care with like-minded health care organizations.

He has more than 17 years of healthcare experience specializing in population health management programming spanning workplace wellness to post-acute care. Prior to Compassus, Marsh held multiple roles with Healthways Inc. to improve health and well-being for employers, government programs, health systems and health plans.

Marsh has a bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing from the Medical University of Toledo, Ohio.
