As the Senior Vice President of People, Jill Burke is responsible for the overall company culture at Restaurant365 and has a passion for people. She brings a wealth of industry and HR experience specializing in organizational design, employee development, and integrated talent acquisition. She is skilled at creating HR strategies that make a difference to both the employees and the business. With a graduate degree in conflict resolution from Cal State University, Chico, her main objective is to elevate the employee experience while driving for business results.
