Chris Battye (FF.ISP)

Chris Battye (FF.ISP) has a wealth of experience in the fields of business consultancy, learning and development, and performance and training services. Chris has been working in these fields since 2002. Chris began their career as Ops Director for StrategA (Parallax) in 2002, and then moved to Longbridge International in 2003 as Director. In 2011, they took on the role of Group Director, Training and Development at Discovery Performance, where they were responsible for leading the Training and Development Team. In 2017, they became Director of Performance and Training Services at Discovery, and in 2019 they took on the role of Director | Business Consultant | L&D Professional at Competitive Edge Training and Consultancy.
