Kaitlin Konder

Kaitlin Konder is a skilled professional with extensive experience in agricultural risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Insurance Client Coordinator at Compeer Financial since June 2020, Kaitlin specializes in assisting farmers with risk mitigation by recommending tailored insurance solutions, including multi-peril crop insurance and dairy revenue protection. Prior to this role, Kaitlin gained invaluable experience as a Crop Insurance Intern at Compeer Financial in 2019 and demonstrated leadership as the State FFA Vice President for the Wisconsin Association of FFA from June 2015 to June 2016.
