Shannon Ganschow

Shannon Ganschow has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Shannon began their career at 1st Farm Credit Services in 1998, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President, VP Marketplace Delivery, Vice President - Business Lending, and Senior Vice President- Commercial Markets. In 2017, they joined Compeer Financial as the Vice President- Merger Integration, and later served as the Director of Credit. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management at Compeer Financial.

Shannon Ganschow received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
