Lilia Hayrapetyan, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and people analytics. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of People Analytics and Insights at Citi since 2016, Lilia has previously held significant roles at XL Catlin, Pfizer, and PepsiCo, where notable contributions included leading talent management processes, designing global engagement surveys, and developing leadership programs.
