Manisha Annam

Manisha Annam is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the real estate sector and significant technical expertise from a prior career at IBM. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Skyview Capital since January 2021, Manisha also holds roles as Broker Associate and Realtor® at Competitive Edge Realty since January 2008. In addition, Manisha has been a Multifamily Syndicator and Asset Manager at Sumrini Holdings since January 2017, focusing on acquiring and repositioning multi-family assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Manisha's early career at IBM spanned various technical roles, contributing to expertise in IBM SmartCloud, Lotus products, and IBM Websphere. Manisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
