Prior to this, Jake held positions as a Client Services Supervisor and Client Service Coordinator at Epic Health Services, where sound managerial judgment and an understanding of staff capabilities were emphasized. Jake's career started at Sports Authority, leading as a Senior Merchandising Lead and Senior Sales Authority from August 2007 to January 2015, focusing on merchandising processes and department leadership. Jake graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management in 2014.
