Christian Mueller-Winterberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Christian is currently the Vice President of Hardware Development at Compleo. Prior to that, they worked at innogy SE where they served as the Head of Hardware Development eMobility from May 2017 to January 2022 and as the Head of Supply Chain Management & Production from October 2016 to April 2017. Before innogy SE, Christian worked at RWE where they held several positions, including Head of Supply Chain Management & Production from October 2013 to September 2016, Group Supply Chain Manager from October 2012 to September 2013, Sales Management and Controlling from June 2011 to September 2012, and Business Development Manager from August 2010 to May 2011. Christian also gained experience at Infineon Technologies, where they worked as an Assistant to the Automotive Board from October 2009 to July 2010 and as a Staff Field Application Engineer from June 2004 to September 2009. Additionally, they had a brief role as a Development Microcontroller 32-Bit at Infineon Technologies from June 2002 to December 2002.
Christian Mueller-Winterberg obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in the field of Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from Ruhr University Bochum, where they attended from 1998 to 2004. Christian continued their education at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2007 to 2009. During their time at FOM University, their studies focused on Unternehmensführung, Internationales strategisches Management, and Internationales Marketing.
