David Lance

David Lance is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as President of both The HealthGuys and Complete Agency Solutions since September 2020, David previously held the position of National Sales Manager at Health Reform Team from August 2013 to September 2020, where the focus was on providing insurance options amid significant healthcare reforms. Prior to that, David was Divisional Manager at NASE CARE from January 2010 to August 2013, contributing to establishing a startup insurance agency. David began a career in insurance as a Licensed Insurance Agent at HealthMarkets from 2007 to 2009 and initially worked as a Sales Professional at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford from 2004 to 2007. David holds a degree in Marketing from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, completed in 2007.
