Tracie Morris

Tracie Morris has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Tracie has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Complete Health, where they focused on designing and growing HR structures to support the company's growth and provide change management for employees. Prior to that, they were Vice President of Human Resources at Colonial Management Group, LP, where they revamped the HR function and implemented training programs to increase employee engagement. Tracie has also held positions at Healthfirst, Bright House Networks, Comcast, Adelphia, Trader Publishing Company, Arvon Personnel, and Tidewater Tech, where they gained experience in employee relations, recruitment, and training.

Tracie Morris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, which they obtained from Campbell University from 1991 to 1995. Tracie later pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University, where they studied from 1998 to 1999.
