Miles Jensen

SVP Collections & Recovery Operations at Complete Recovery

Miles Jensen has worked in various roles since 2007. Miles began their career at American Express as a Manager of Business Systems and Project Manager from 2007 to 2012. Miles then moved to Comcast in 2012, where they held a variety of positions, including Director of Comcast Business Operations, Director of Project Management, Director of Project Management - CB Operations, and Director of Project Management Office - Mountain West Region. In this last role, they managed a team of six project managers and two product deployment managers in the deployment of strategic projects. Miles also implemented a strategic initiative to drive improved product execution and deployment. In 2020, they joined Complete Recovery Corp. as VP of Business Operations and Director of Customer Experience.

Miles Jensen earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business between 2007 and 2009. Miles also obtained a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they have two certifications: Change Management Champion PROSCI from Prosci obtained in December 2014, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from American Express obtained in December 2007.
