Byron Harris

Byron Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Byron began their career in 1999 as a Solutions Engineer at Pacific Direct Connect and worked there until 2002. Following this, they joined P.A. Harris Electric as the Director of Operations, where they served for 14 years until 2016. In 2017, they transitioned to Extra Space Storage as a Solar Project Manager and stayed until 2019. Byron then joined CML Security, LLC as a Project Engineer from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they moved to Precision Solar Renewables as the Director of Pre-Construction. In 2021, they became a Sr. Construction Planner at Sunrun before assuming their most recent position as the Director of Construction at Complete Solar in 2022.

Byron Harris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Brigham Young University–Hawaii. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies in August 2020, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician from CompTIA in January 2017, Homeworks QS Designer/Installer from Lutron Electronics, Journeyman Electrician from the State of Hawaii, Lighting Control Designer/Installer from Crestron Electronics, and OSHA 30 from OSHA Safety Training Institute.
