Crystal Maldonado

Crystal Maldonado, SPHR, currently serves as the Principal Human Resources Business Partner at ComplexCare Solutions since April 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Lifespace Communities, Inc. from September 2022 to April 2025. Previously, Crystal held multiple leadership positions at Signature HealthCARE from August 2018 to September 2022, including Senior Director of Human Resources - Operations, Director of HR - Consultant, and Regional Human Resources Business Partner. Crystal was also the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Consulate Health Care from May 2007 to August 2018. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Central Florida.
