Swetaleena P has held a variety of roles in their career. Swetaleena began working as an HR Officer at IL&FS Technologies Ltd in 2011. Swetaleena then worked as a TAM Associate at Amazon in 2011. In 2014, they became a Business Development Executive at Span Outsourcing. In 2015, they held two roles, first as a Sr. Business Development Executive at ComplianceOnline and then as a Sr. Business Development Executive at MetricStream. At MetricStream, they helped conduct Online Training (Webinar) and In-Person Seminars in Regulatory Compliance Area, created and built Client Relationships, and improved Business Functions in all spears.

Swetaleena P completed their 12th Science from St Joseph's Convent School. Swetaleena then went on to pursue a BSc in Biotechnology from The Oxford College of Science. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and HR from Ravenshaw University.
