Joseph Macedo

Joseph Macedo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in sales and client management. Joseph most recently worked at Compliancy Group as a Channel Sales Manager and Senior Channel Manager, starting in 2016 and continuing to the present. Prior to that, they were a Senior Client Relationship Manager at IDP Consulting, LLC from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they held a position as a Client Account Manager at All Covered, Inc., where they focused on IT consulting and building client relationships from 2011 to 2013. Joseph began their career at LAN Associates in 2005, initially working as a liaison to the Sales team and eventually becoming Team Lead for inside sales. Their responsibilities at LAN Associates expanded to involve various tasks as a jack of all trades in the Managed Services Provider industry. Additionally, Joseph gained early experience as a Public Relations Volunteer for the New York Islanders from 1999 to 2005, where they supported the team's public relations efforts during home games.

Joseph Macedo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Hofstra University. Joseph attended the university from 2002 to 2006.
