Joe Mosinski has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. where they held various positions including Department Manager, Head Cashier, and later, Department Manager of Lumber, Building Materials, and Commercial Sales. In 2015, they joined Carlsons Flooring as an Operations Manager, overseeing warehouse office operations, purchasing, production, inventory control, and implementing new systems to improve productivity.

From 2018 to 2019, Joe worked as a Project Manager at Painters USA, Inc., ensuring projects met deadlines, stayed within budget, and provided customer satisfaction. Joe then joined SmartSource Technical Solutions in 2019 as a Project Team Manager PMO, where they played a key role in executing projects effectively and efficiently. This involved creating and executing project work plans, managing project scope, reviewing deliverables, and tracking team hours and expenses, among other responsibilities.

Currently, Joe is employed at Comply365 as a Project Manager since May 2021. In this role, they successfully manage software implementations for new and existing clients, working on unique development and off-the-shelf projects. Joe has also created reusable content and a framework methodology for project tracking and reporting, which is now the company standard.

Joe Mosinski received their diploma from Oswego High School in 2005. Joe then attended Waubonsee Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an associate's degree in Graphic Design. Joe continued their education at Full Sail University from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Animation, which they are currently achieving. Joe also attended Southern New Hampshire University until 2018, earning a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
