This included hiring a team of high-performing marketers and implementing the agency operations/infrastructure needed to create traction and growth of Klarna payment products among merchants and consumers.

During their time at Klarna, Elizabeth launched Klarna’s brand in the U.S., which included PR, social media, outdoor brand and advertising campaigns. Elizabeth also implemented Marketo SaaS email technology platform in the U.S., building the prospect database and establishing the first formal, fully compliant email protocol with baseline KPIs that include a 25% open rate and 6% CTR. In addition, Elizabeth developed a comprehensive B2B digital lead generation/lead nurture strategy across all channels, including PPC/SEO, display, digital content/whitepapers, webinars, social, trade shows, email and programmatic ad buys, resulting in over 4K marketing qualified leads in year one. Lastly, they built strategic marketing partnerships across major U.S. and global merchants and partners (Magento, Shopify, Cybersource, Salesforce, and Big Commerce) resulting in incremental lead gen/merchant growth.
