Laura Birzniece

Laura Birzniece has a wide range of work experience, beginning with founding their own company, DekoArt, in 2012. There, they were responsible for developing a business plan and designing and selling products. In 2016, they moved on to become a Graphic Web Designer at RaskRask.dk, where they worked with WordPress CMS, developed and maintained the site, and improved the usability. Laura also created digital and print designs. In 2017, they took on the role of Digital Designer at Leotec Electronics, where they were responsible for redesigning the website, UX research, UI design, visual identity, and copywriting. Laura also participated in HKTDC - Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2017 and Canton Fair 2017. In 2018, they became an Assistant at Bioclean A/S. In 2019, they became a Digital Designer (UX / UI) at Self-Employed and a Digital Designer and Social Media Content Creator at Next Door Design. Finally, in 2021 they began working as a Product Designer and User Interface Designer at ComplyCloud.

Laura Birzniece has a diverse educational background. Laura completed a Vocational Education Program of Art and Design at the Design and Art School for Youth from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Biznesa Augstskola Turība. From 2012 to 2015, they completed General Upper Secondary Education with specialization in Business and Commercial Science from Draudzīgā Aicinājuma Liepājas Pilsētas 5.vidusskola, as well as Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from JA Worldwide. From 2015 to 2017, they obtained an Academy Profession Degree in Multimedia Design and Communication from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Web Development and Digital Concept Development from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus.
