Soraya Hosseini, B.Arch, M.B.A has a diverse work experience. Soraya began their career in 2007 as an Architectur Consultant for Moghavem Sazan Sarfaraz Co. In 2010, they worked as a CAD Draftsperson for BXL Design : Architecture and as a Design and Marketing Coordinator for Mode Design Gold Coast. In 2011, they began their Master of Business Administration at Griffith University. In 2013, they worked as a Digital Production Manager at Ogilvy Australia. In 2014, they worked as a Business Support Manager for Richard Kirk Architect. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant - Technology (Web and Software Development) for Hudson. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Talent Partner for Compono, a HR Saas scale up with intelligent talent optimisation products.

Soraya Hosseini obtained a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Islamic Azad University between 2003 and 2008. Soraya then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration from Griffith University in 2011. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Social Recruiting for Recruiters from LinkedIn in June 2022, Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in July 2021, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
