Mark Moser

Mark Moser, MBA, PMP, CSM, LSSBB, has extensive experience in project management and implementation. Mark currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office at Comporium, where they established the organization's first PMO and oversees training and management of large-scale strategic projects.

Prior to their current role, Moser was the Director of Implementation at Healthstat, Inc., where they managed the entire Implementation department and provided oversight of all company projects. Mark also served as a Senior Project Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc., where they played a key role in a global ERP implementation program.

Earlier in their career, Moser held roles at Healthstat, Inc. as an Implementation Manager and Associate Vice President - Client Services. Mark successfully completed numerous project implementations, managed cross-functional teams, and developed business requirements documentation. Mark also built and maintained relationships with clients and provided reporting to clients and consultants.

Moser's experience also includes serving as a Client Services Account Manager at ESI Employee Assistance Group EAP, where they managed account duties for national accounts and provided Human Resources compliance training. Mark began their career as a Business Development Specialist at the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce, where they generated new business and maintained relationships with accounts utilizing state-funded programs.

With a strong background in project management and implementation, Moser brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Comporium.

Mark Moser holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from St. Bonaventure University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Mark also holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the same university, which they completed between 2002 and 2006. In addition, Mark has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™), a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
