Amy Mott

Amy Mott has a diverse work experience with a focus on learning and development. Amy is currently working as the Director of Learning and Development at Composites One, where they assess and addresses the organization's learning needs. Prior to that, they were the LMS Manager at Ace Hardware Corporation, where they redesigned the training program and improved the search functionality of the LMS platform. Amy has also worked as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Training at Ulta Beauty, where they designed on-boarding training for store managers and managed training projects. Amy has experience in learning program management at Crowe Horwath LLP and CPE management at Grant Thornton LLP. Additionally, Amy has worked in various roles in event coordination and sales at DuPage Expo Center, Arthritis Foundation, and Lominger Limited, Inc.

Amy Mott's education history includes obtaining a Certificate in Organization Development from Benedictine University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Event Coordination from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1997 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained several certifications. These include being a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in July 2022, holding a Learning Administration Essentials Accreditation from Saba Software in March 2021, and being certified as a Trainer of Situational Leadership and in Situational Leadership from The Center for Leadership Studies in March 2018. Furthermore, they hold a Certified Meeting Professional certification from the Convention Industry Council, obtained in July 2006, and a Certified Wedding Coordinator certification from ABC Bridal Consultants, earned in December 2000.
