John Jupa Jr

John Jupa Jr has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations. John is currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Composites One since May 2021. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Global Infrastructure at Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation (formerly Grand Worldwide Logistics Corp.) from August 2015 to May 2021. In this role, they provided strategic direction on ITIL, Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud programs to drive improved client satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Before that, they served as the Senior IT Director at AbelsonTaylor Group from January 2010 to August 2015, where they managed resources, finance, scope, and service delivery within the Information Technology function. John Jupa Jr also held the role of Technical Manager of Infrastructure at Worldcolor from April 1998 to January 2010. In this position, they were responsible for the daily operations and administration of Network Operations, Messaging, Help desk, and Windows teams. John has a strong background in systems administration, including Active Directory, DNS, Lotus Notes, Cisco VOIP, Proxy servers, Antivirus servers, Routers/Switches, Backups, and Firewalls. Starting their career at Baker & McKenzie in December 1994, they worked as a Sr. Technical Engineer/cc:Mail Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for cc:mail and NT 4.0 environment, local and remote support, network management, project management for migration, desktop support, and implementing a disaster recovery plan. John Jupa Jr has consistently demonstrated a focus on client satisfaction, process management, and continuous improvement throughout their career.

John Jupa Jr attended Eastern Illinois University from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
