Ian Chan is an experienced Engineering leader bringing 20+ years of industry experience to the team. He oversees R&D at Compound Planning, leading a wonderful team of passionate engineers focused on building an exceptional financial planning and wealth management software platform. Prior to Compound Planning Ian lead teams at large scale advertising infrastructure companies as well as global social media platforms supporting hundreds of millions of users. When he's not thinking about technology or the financial markets, Ian can be found on the beach in Los Angeles, CA where he lives with his partner Sylvia and their dog Leal.
