Monique Erickson has a strong background in the field of autism intervention and therapy. Monique began their career in 1996 at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), where they held roles as a Managing Supervisor and Clinical Supervisor for 10 years. In 2006, they joined Autism Behavior Intervention as a Clinical Programs Manager, before moving on to become the Director/Owner of Autism Center for Education in 2008. Monique then worked as a Senior Clinical Supervisor/Trainer at the Institute for Behavioral Training from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC). Throughout their varied roles, Monique has gained extensive experience and expertise in providing clinical supervision, training, and program management for individuals with autism.
Monique Erickson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC San Diego. Monique also completed a Master's degree in Special Education from San Diego State University. Additionally, they obtained a BCBA in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno. Monique also holds another Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which they completed at UC San Diego.
