Thamara Desir

Thamara Desir is a dedicated care management professional with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montclair State University. Currently serving as a Care Manager at Hudson Partnership CMO since October 2023, Thamara is responsible for engaging youth and families in care management services, facilitating Child Family Team meetings, and providing culturally competent and accessible support. In addition, Thamara has experience as a Behavioral Health Counselor at CBH Care since September 2022, where responsibilities include supervising consumers in a group home, assisting with personal care goals, and performing crisis intervention. Thamara also held the position of President at Ladiesfirst from August 2021 to May 2022 and worked as a Student Assistant at the Ben Samuels Children Center from August to December 2019.
