Lori Armiger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lori began their career as a Leadership Consultant at Kappa Kappa Gamma in 2002 before moving on to work as a Consultant, Retail and Sports Industry Lead at Talent Plus from 2003 to 2009. During this time, they focused on building Talent-Based Organizations and communities through the selection and development of top performers. From 2009 to 2012, Lori worked as an Account Manager at National Research Corporation, where they helped healthcare providers measure and improve quality and services through analytics. Lori then served as the Director of Development at the University of Nebraska Foundation in 2012, connecting donor generosity to the mission of the university. In 2013, they joined Talent Plus, Inc. as a Recruiting Consultant, using empirical data to assess an individual's aptitude for job performance. Lori then transitioned to become a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Nebraska Book Company, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, before taking on their current role as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Compri Consulting in 2016. Throughout their career, Lori prioritizes personal relationships and believes in the transformative power of private gifts in higher education and communities.
