Jeff Rosen

Jeff Rosen has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Jeff has worked for various companies in roles such as Director of IT Projects, Senior Manager of IT Projects, Manager of Information Technology, Network Engineer, and IT Specialist.

During their time at CompTIA, Jeff was responsible for implementing and integrating IT systems and interdepartmental projects. Jeff also managed IT accounts for Cloud Systems, led research and development for IT initiatives, and served as the point of contact for the migration of IT services and data.

At Gallagher & Associates, LLC, Jeff served as the Head of IT and was in charge of managing the IT budget, forecasting IT department costs, and making executive decisions on IT solutions for an international exhibit design firm.

Prior to that, at TechAmerica, Jeff managed and maintained computing resources such as Active Directory, Network, Hosted Exchange, IP Phones, and more. Jeff also served as the primary contact for hosted cloud solutions, including email and phones.

Additionally, Jeff worked as an IT Specialist at SES, LLC, where they managed Windows environments, provided support for computers, networks, phones, and email, and handled web management and Google Analytics.

Jeff Rosen graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Simulation & Digital Entertainment from the University of Baltimore in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Simulation & Digital Entertainment from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2005. Jeff Rosen has also acquired several certifications including a Certificate of Completion from Asana and Third Party Risk Management from SecurityScorecard, both obtained in 2022. In 2018, they completed a certification on Creating Your IT Strategy from LinkedIn. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Cisco Meraki Network Operator from Cisco Meraki and as an MCP Advanced Excel User and MCP Advanced Word User from Microsoft, all obtained in 2017 and 1999 respectively.
