Bill O'Leary has held various IT roles in different companies, starting as a Valet Parking Attendant and working their way up to Deputy Director, IT at the Comptroller of Maryland. Bill has a BS in General Business & Management from the University of Maryland and is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
